Fletcher receives “A” rating from the NRA

Craig Fletcher, candidate for the 5th State Assembly District, received an A rating from the National Rifle Association on August 19th, 2010 (as per phone conversation with Jordan Austin, NRA State Liaison). Fletcher is the first and, up to that date, the only 5th district candidate to receive the A rating in the primary season.

The A rating shows his strong personal commitment to preserving our Second Amendment right found in the Constitution and our individual right to own firearms. Fletcher is also a staunch supporter of concealed carry for those qualified to receive a license after a thorough background check. The 48 states that have a concealed carry law have had less crime according to most recent studies. This is a testimony to the personal power of this individual right.
